If you’re not using that electronic device anymore, send it to us! We’ll make sure that your product is safely recycled at one of Sims Lifecycle Services domestic processing facilities where a zero-landfill policy and proven sustainability give you peace of mind in knowing that your electronics will be managed responsibly. Covered entities may return any brand of covered device. If your device is greater than our 70lb weight limit, please contact our Customer Service at 1-866-922-8252 for further instructions. Additionally, if you do not have the appropriate packaging supplies, we will send to you the packaging supplies at no cost. Just give us a call!
